The KING has been graciously pleased, on the advice of His Australian Ministers, to approve that the following be appointed to be Additional Associates of the Royal Red Cross, Second Class, in recognition of gallant and distinguished services whilst a Prisoner-of-War in Japanese hands (prior to September,, 1945):—
